About

I am a postdoctoral research associate at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford. Before joining Oxford, I was a postdoctoral fellow at The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics. My research focuses on exploring generalized symmetries of quantum field theories and their interplay with higher-category theory and quantum information theory.

• Oct 1 2025 : I joined the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford as a Postdoctoral Research Associate.

• Jul 23 2025 : I will be speaking at the conference Generalized symmetries in HEP and CMP to be held at Peking University, Beijing from Jul 28 2025 to Aug 1 2025.

• Jul 3 2025 : New paper with Mahesh Balasubramanian, Matthew Buican and Clement Delcamp on gauging non-invertibles symmetries in 2+1d TQFTs is out! Some of the results in this paper were first announced in this talk at ICTS, Bangalore.

• Mar 17 2025 : New paper with Pavel Putrov on classifying anomaly of 1-form symmetries in 2+1d is out!
